Pre-Order Policy

If the item you would like to order has been marked as "Preorder" in the title, please be aware of the following:

All preorders are charged at the time the order is placed to secure your items with the manufacturers and prioritize them for shipping once the product arrives in our warehouse.

Orders do not ship until ALL items are in stock.

If you place an order with in-stock items and/or preorders, your items will not ship until ALL items have arrived in our warehouse. 

If you want the in-stock items immediately, please make separate transactions.
